My other passions are inherently creative, I write and paint, not because I dream of a big career as an artist, but because creativity is my direct way of connecting to myself, of grounding and feeling.
As a leadership coach and team developer, I get to bring all my passions to the table. We’re never just one thing in our job and another after. And that’s exactly what I strive to empower my clients embrace, too: an authentic live - at work and beyond.

My coachings are based on system theory, mindfulness and creativity methods to support clients on their way to make career decisions true to themselves, find their own authentic leadership style and find solutions to any other problems that might occur in your daily business life.
There’s many scenarios I can support you with, but in any one of them, I am happy to guide you through the process of finding solutions so you can move forward in your career and be the leader you want to see in the world. -
Collaboration often fails when the important aspects of team work are not made explicit. My work with teams aims at exactly that: making implicit patterns, values, behaviors, etc. explicit and supporting the team in building a solid basis for respectful, empathic and effective collaboration in the process.

A creative break workshop includes:
writing - yes, with pen and paper
abstract painting with media like acrylic paint and oil pastels (all materials are included)
self-reflection
a supportive group to share with and learn from
and facilitation through writing prompts and group discussions
No prior knowledge or “talent” for writing or painting is required at all. Come as you are and be open to the process that will unfold.
